Do Insys VP's get to just move on as if nothing illegal went down under their management? As if they didn't destroy lives with their agenda... their get rich schemes?
Other pharma companies may be picking up our corrupt (and by now cheap) VP's, but very soon they will understand they just went to bed with the enemy.

Other companies are happy to hire VP's from Insys, because every company knows that JK makes every decision. Do you not know how to read? How many articles does it take to illustrate that JK gives the orders and everyone else either follows or leaves Insys. People are happy to pick up a VP that JK lost to his insanity . I.e. MG . You do not become a VP without a long proven track record of success. Insys is just a blimp on the radar.

Obviously the feds don't see it your way . I'm not disagreeing with you regarding JK , but it's just not the way the law works. If an employee followed JK's or any manager's illegal direction, those emoloyees will be held accountable and most likely prosecuted . " JK told me to" just doesnt cut it.

You're mistaken. He won't serve more than 3 and then he will pay a fine. How naïve are you?

So sad. This post sounds like a desperate family member. Up to 20 years might net min of 5 years, but convicted felon with zero job potential, not to mention the feds plan to take the fancy house and cars and other assets. Oh, and when he gets out, his spouse will have left him. It was always about the money.

Your assessment of the situation is interesting. However, you are not factoring in the most important problem all of these people face. Dead bodies. They are not charged with murder or even manslaughter, but the courtroom will be filled with family members of victims and the ghosts of all the people who took their Subsys, as prescribed, and never woke up. Do you believe a few years and a fine will be viewed as justice for them? Do you think we won't be writing to every parole board hearing these people face? Naïve? That would be you !
