Correction - that’s $213,000 per WEEK, not per month.

Makes you wonder where we find these people and who we didn't bring in!?!?

These overstuffed blowhards come in from the outside, bring in their own cast of knuckleheads and seed them throughout the organization, stir sh*t up, then hold us hostage and hold us up as they leave. Look at how many of her 'cronettes' are in leadership positions throughout the sector and how ineffective they are and it's no wonder why we're in the trouble we're in.

And to pay these clowns they made us give up all the good discounts at the JNJ Store and drug discounts like the old days but at the top there is no limit $$$$$

See below, the plot thickens. Looks like Gorsky realized he had placed far too much in her portfolio given her track record and removed Medical Devices from her accountability in May 2018. Seems she saw the writing on the wall and was able to save face by framing her exit as "retirement", as opposed to what it really was: Gorsky starting to downsize her portfolio in preparation for eventually kicking her out.

And how she's all set with $10M in hush money after six years in which she failed to positively change anything in any area of her accountability. Good riddance.

If we're going pay rediculous money for these positions why not promote someone internal. At least that way you have an idea of what you're getting. With Ms. Peterson" we got nothing.

They knew what they had and it was worth the risk of someone from the outside. Look at where her responsibilities landed... lol.

Unfortunately, someone comes in from the outside!and actually tries to do their job. They don’t immediately realize they’ve been lured into a sludge pool rather than an esteemed company run by the Credo pillars. By that time they realize, they terrified people around them with the possibility of change. It happens over and over and over with new hires VP and above.

Cmon, don’t blame her for having good lawyers to stick it to Alex on the way out.

I saw her in São Paulo at a consumer town hall, what an ass clown, I’m happy with my exit package but on difference I actually earned it.

Soon the whole company will be out sourced. Just watch.

I agree with this. It's not like Sandi took over a well-oiled machine and ran it into the ground. Consumer recalls and LaVerne's IT choir...total dumpster fire.

Alex thought he could bring in a McKinsey-style wrecking ball to clean things up and he was proven wrong. But does the buck there stop with Sandi, or with Alex and the Board? Heaven knows that woman made plenty of stupid mistakes as she engaged in her pompous globetrotting, but it seems to me that the fish rots from the head down. And as usual Teflon Alex, from Risperdal onward, never takes the fall for his own bad choices.
