Lindsay Janczak, Matt Hoenecke and Marianne Jackson? They are all over at Synergy and have made a colossal mess of things. Seriously disastrous. What I have heard is Marianne was fired due to incompetence, Lindsay has been a kiss arse for years but is was also worthless at Shire and that Matt was simply in over his head and he was fired. All I know is that they are the worst leaders I have ever worked with. Any insights?
They’re great people and solid leaders. Recently they justly fired some bad rbd’s who are now running a punk ass bitch like scorched earth campaign that has escalated to defamation.
The three you mentioned were some of the inferior employees from Shire who make the quality leaders that worked here look bad. Shire got rid of them for a reason. Sorry if you are now subjected to these leaders. Glad they aren’t here any longer.

Post a NAME! Because if Defamation were the issue then that employee would have been fired long before the bankruptcy case and Matt would have not been run off by outside council.
