A dark cloud is overhead

Obviously we aren’t meeting goals but the TONE and level of scrutiny are unreal. No one wants NASTY texts and emails at all hours of the day and night. Nothing could be more demoralizing. Plus I do not get paid for 24 hour nagging. Keep it 8am-5pm unless extreme emergency. And no the fact that the whole country is not meeting reach and frequency does not equate to a national emergency.

Anyone else feel this demotivated?

Managers are nasty. They speak to us like we are crap. The treatment is completely unnecessary. To be spoken to the way they are speaking to us is wrong and unwise. They will end up with a lot more reps leaving if they keep up this form of abuse and language.

 

talk about micromanaging. Make sure you have a call before 8 and one after 4. Doesn’t matter if it’s a productive call just get the signature. Why not hire college students if you only want robots. This place is going down....quickly.
