Someone please provide the real deal on what's going on within this division? Currently employed, but looking to leave a company with no pipeline.
This could be a good place to work but the Neurology Division needs leadership to calm down and stop freaking out about the weekly numbers. Managers are with you 2 days each month and they are always criticizing what you do. If you are not comfortable with that then you won’t like it here. These Medications have been out 5+ years but you’re still expected to get physicians to come to dinner programs or complete in office programs. This could be a good place to work if Aric and the DMs just backed off 25% and let us do what we were hired to. NSM is in 2 weeks and nobody is excited because of the mandatory karaoke being forced on us. Good luck.
the problem is that Eisai doesn’t know specialty. Everything they do right down to coaching is primary care.
