Soooooo how did SR escape handcuffs? He was first at pacira, then became head of PixarB Investor Relations, then back to pacira to manage sales... This is an active scam it feels.

it's what you don't know about....

Pacira Management (by former Employee) – Parsippany, NJ – April 10, 2018

Executive team totally blind to what's really going on in field with teams and 8 years after launch its getting worse. in last 6 months there have been massive departures in sales and medical affairs not to mention the CMO, CCO, VPMA and a restructuring for the 3rd time in 4 years. Only constant is COO, VP Legal and CSO....

Its about time for change at that top not to mention stock has fallen almost 75% in 3 years. How much can the leadership team continue to blame commercial forces? Isn't it about time for restructuring at top? Not to mention that latest FDA application got negative review from board with PDUFA date on April 6.

Time to put them out of their misery and hopefully J&J takeover!
    Pros
    Salary and benefits
    Cons
Poor leadership, no pipeline, Opioid story isnt helping. DPS roll-out has been a disaster.

So rotator cuffs are going to propel us into the opiod free atmosphere......Wtf. Market does not like the outlook clearly, especially when guidance was not given at last Q update. Stack you are so jazzed up about this amazing Interscalene indication but can't raise guidance a nickel. For the sake of the company and shareholders and everyone that has to speak to you on a daily basis, pack it the fuck up. You are blinded by overinflated ego...... Some people know how to lead, you are just an awkward PharmD that got lucky. Dont be fooled by the people who praise you, they actually just want something from you (prob $) Some people are born leaders, you sir are dead weight, a CEO in name only... You suck at this, time to retire. Boad of Directors, do you not want the stock to go back to 100??? This is why they have votes of no confidence.

OK, I'm stumped, which one is dumb and which one is dumber?

Ok picture this- you are on the JNJ/Pacira alliance team sitting in a conference room and the FDA just announces upper extremity nerve block approval. Do you:

    A. Explode and do a liposomal climax all over each other, "Great job Stack, way to not even consider including femoral block in the data 8 years ago. r*****. You should have been shelved and gagged with a ball at that very moment".

    B. Quietly wonder how the fuck you are going to frame and spin this as earth shattering news to Wall St. analysts, who are not stupid. And want to know if they should move money over to HRTX.

    C. Immidiately go to Google and find out how many rotator cuffs there are in the USA last year. And then just keep saying there are 5 million every year.

    D. Quietly keep saying to yourself, "Rotator Cuff market just as good as TKA/THA market.... JNJ is gonna be totally stoked, finally a chance to tap into their sports med talent, Really this is good for us"

    Or

    E. Smash your head on the table (repeatedly) crushing your skull and hope you are in a dream as your brain bleeds out.

"Two ADs that have contributed nothing to the organization (what do Dumb and Dumber do?).

OK, I'm stumped, which one is dumb and which one is dumber?"

Big Foot is the one who invited Nicole C. back to his room. Numb Nut is the one who left Pacira, lied to Pixar, authored numerous blistering false anti-Pacira press releases, and is rumored to have porked a co-worker.

We're in good hands. I swear. Scout's honor. I really mean it. Come on, stop. I'm gonna tell Mom.

This continues to amaze me....one year later and things are just the same or even worse...some different player...but all are clones of the same dna. A couple of alliances have gotten even stronger ---VS, LD, JS, and all their minions. How many lives do some of these people have????

Pretty sure this is supposed to be GR. Inept in IDN and RD role, which means he's the ideal candidate for promotion.

There are some 50ish people left. DS, JD, DSP, and RK. BTW, RK is the worst offender when it comes to inappropriate behavior. How is he still VP of HR???

Would any of these get you fired at a real company?
Showing up to a regional meeting late and tipsy?
Unwanted advances toward a subordinate, female employee?
Taking physicians out as an SAS?
Failure to inform HR of the felony arrest of one of your direct reports?
Knowingly promoting this rep, then that rep getting arrested again for the same thing?

No, not at Pacira. VS is still hanging in there. Got to admire a company with core values, ethics, and integrity.

When the head of HR is the "worst offender" there's no one safe to report offenses to. If you even try then you get labelled as a problem. And KW certainly doesn't care what he does.

This is so much fun to read. Vaughn was always a numbnut. Glenn is a one-nut. We just keep bringing in ineffective managers. Wash, rinse, repeat....

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

Some things can be enjoyed more than once. Unlike your flaccid comment.
