Which firms are actively seeking info? I have a handful of emails, some recordings of my mgr pushing us at meeting to “keep it simple” dumbing down message to where H can be used for anyone. most importantly I have a spreadsheet my am gave me w every single rx ever written including prescriber, primary & sec dx, approval status, etc - i mean EVERY SCRIPT from launch to this week. when you filter the spreadsheet you can see what drs wrote multiple scripts including a few that wrote 30x!!! wtf!!! some rare disorder. all investigator would need to do is call each of those prescribers and ask, what were you told hetlioz is indicated for? even better, did you fill out the dx on the form? i know for a fact one guy on my team prefills disp and dx info on the srfs himself, doc I’m sure thinks hes writing for insomnia and has no clue

Google it. There are dozens of law firms in on class action suits. Investors and law firms see through the charade.
