They only want to hire followers not leaders. The mangers hired are very obiously not bright. They should want bright experienced reps to carry their team but they really only wanted those primary care types that they can order around. Harmony is fucked up from VP of sales and his Aqua and other buddies.

The process went by fairly quickly for me. I think my biggest issue with it was that I was told they were bringing 2-3 reps in to interview for the spot. I met one candidate who I believe received the offer and I’m not 100% sure if there was another candidate there. However, how crappy to not have the hiring manager come out to deliver the news? Rinata told me that “he thanked me for coming and that he said “I should keep in touch with my recruiter.” What does that even mean? I applied specifically for this position. My recruiter was the crappy company they hired. I’m not looking elsewhere.
I spent hours preparing for my interview and not to mention flying there and home. He was a room over and couldn’t step out to tell me himself? I’m sure not a pleasant thing to do but it wasn’t pleasant to be the losing candidate either. I think that decision shows a lack of respect for people.
I really thought this was a great opportunity but after reading all of the posts here, I can’t say I disagree with what is being said. I would be very surprised if they have a successful launch but I do wish them all the best and hope they learn quickly from their mistakes.

Has anyone received an offer below $130k?

For those of you who have received an offer, when did you receive it and who specifically gave you the offer?

Is there anyone who were moved forward in Atlanta and are still waiting to hear? Just curious, as my girlfriend interviewed and was moved forward in Atlanta, but was sent home and told that if she didn’t hear by Monday then to call her recruiter for an update.

It is all about who you know with this company. I used to work for the same company as Southeast Region RBD, AG at pharma and medical cosmetics company about 10 yrs ago. AG is not smart at all, is way out of her league, is all about making herself look good, and thinks I have rare disease experience when I have only worked for my current company for about 3 months. LMAO. Now way she would have been given this position without knowing someone higher up. I will take the position with HB and end up taking over AG’s position. For those of us who have been given offers, be your own leader and forget about the horrible management that is in place now. If your a leader like me and HB does well then you will have your directors position in no time.

Believe what you want. I can tell you my offer was indeed above what the original post-er asked. The other offer I’m taking the word of a new co-worker.

It’s hilarious to see people arguing over how much they are getting paid from this unethical company with absolutely no ethics and who hired a bunch of people who are inexperienced and dumb as bricks. Everything that many others have stated in their posts and perceived from this company are completely true.

The RBD I interview with had absolutely no class, definitely no experience, and struggled to answer very simple questions I had about the company and their vision when she asked me if I had any questions at the end of the Atlanta interview. Never in my 15 years in the pharma industry and another 10 in healthcare sales have I seen this type of ignorance, lack of character, and absolutely no business being in the rare disease or specialty space for that matter. The VP who hired her has to be just as ignorant or she has something against him. This was plain as day and she hasn’t even worked for the past 2 years. When I brought discussed the science of their drug and the disease state, she was extremely confused and got defensive like I knew more than her and she said, “I don’t need to know the drug as good as you do, I just know how to manage people”. I wanted to ask if AG was joking, but I bit my lip and actually felt bad that her and many of the other RBDs would be Harmonys demise.

Good luck to whoever accepted their offer! Even if you were offered $200K, enjoy it while it lasts and try your best to feel good working for a company that has already shown their true colors. I declined my offer. NO THANKS!!! Lol

I could not agree more about AG. I used to work at the same company as her and you are spot on. This company is all about who you know. I accepted my offer with AG, but I am just biding my time because I am confident that I will take her position and will swoop in when the time is right. I have past management experience and was not happy with the the company I was currently with for the past few months, so that’s when I put my plan of action together. Soon enough she will be gone due to her incompetence. Otherwise, I would have just stayed were I am currently.

Good luck with her and the rest of the idiots at HB!!! With the management they hired, that ship will sink very fast!

KL completely overlooked many qualified candidates. She obviously did not want anyone knowing more than her or was too naive to hire (or even interview in several cases) candidates that know the customers and the landscape. Good luck with those cardiology and primary care reps.

You are clearly a Harmony Biosciences employee. No integrity or class! Very nice to see the ignorant worms finally breaking through the HB dirt. Plain and simple, there has been close to 200 posts telling basically the same story so far for this dysfunctional company in just a couple weeks! If that does not speak volumes then I don’t know what does???!

I am not the person this idiot HB employee is referring to, but had to jump in because I saw the incompetence with my own eyes along with many many others. How educated is someone who uses a stupid made up and misspelled word, “BUTTHURT”??? LMFAO. Great people to have working for your company!! Only a true HB reject could come up with something that stupid. And personally, if you made a good impression during the interview then you were definitely not getting the job because the RBDs were in fear you would make them look less superior than you. I interviewed with the RBD, Alicia G. for a territory that covers part of Georgia and I can assure you that she was way out of her league. She was extremely self-centered and definitely not the brightest bulb in the box. She didn’t have a clue about the product or the disease state and said she “did not need to know anything other than to manage people and give direction.” She got all nervous and couldn’t even answer simple questions about the company. Wonder what she did to get the job???????? Hmmmm!

Many have made the same statements because they are true. Based on these posts, this company even has traders that they have hired who are just waiting to take their supervisors position. Good luck with that on your team!! LOL, but that’s what you created.

Also, please reword your core values to what HB really is:

    P (Poison Culture)
    E (Ethics in the Sewer)
    A (Asshole Leadership)
    C (Certain Need for Improvement)
    E (Entire Company Incompetence)

All I have to say is that this company has gotten a significant amount of action in only a couple of weeks. All negative and all very similar statements. Very glad I did not interview for this company due to what I heard originally. I feel very bad for those of you who wasted your time and for those of you who were hired. Definitely it a company I would want on my resume.
