No. 70K if you’re lucky. 20K Bonus. Generic coming soon. Keep looking.

If you thought the micromanagement of this contract was intense before, buckle up!

I thought our team was just feeling the micromanagement. What are you experiencing? Why do you think the sudden change? We were all happy. Now everyone on my team is miserable.

Yes, our group is making the same mistakes that have been repeated over and over by too many pharma companies. And when I read the email about this STEM crap, I got sick to my stomach. I can’t believe GSK is spending millions to have these con artists tell them we are in x quartile among other pharma companies. I can’t even get enough samples to keep my offices stocked and this is where they spend money? Not to mention you’re giving outsiders intimate knowledge of your marketing strategies-big mistake. Worst of all, you’re telling your reps to bring some stranger into the private physicians’ offices that we are damn lucky to still have access to. We are our own worst enemy.

It makes no sense to me that GSK is involving us in STEM. They will be letting us all go in about six months anyway. We don't have enough samples because their reps are selling against us. They really want Trelegy to be successful. They already know the fate of Breo.

I’ve noticed that GSK reps have had changes in responsibility recently. Some seem to be back on Breo. What does that mean for Syneos?

GSK is announcing changes to respiratory division Monday. This contract is DONE

You are an idiot. We have a town hall call on 4/30 to review the direction of the contract. I think we could have more longevity than those who work directly for GSK

Looks to be VERY good news for Sydney’s and not so good for GSK.

Anyone else get the feeling that we might be done with this contract after fall allergy season? Not looking forward to trying to find employment during the holidays. Aggressively looking now.

I feel pretty certain that this will be over at the end of the year. I would like to think that they would keep us on longer since Breo has three more years of exclusivity. Or it would be great if they just handed over their COPD drugs! But it does seem wise to be looking now

I have a feeling the GSK respiratory division is coming to a close. My bet is that Syneos will be promoting Trelegy, Anoro and Breo soon.

Why do you say this? Usually they collapse the contract first leaving the manufacturer reps.

    I think post #57 is 100% correct!!

I mean 56!! Syneos is here to stay!

Because Syneos reps don't make as much. It would save GSK a ton of money. If their focus is no longer going to be Respiratory, then I could see them just giving it to contract.
