How do you get on Cardiology/Critical Care Division Gravy Train?

    How would any of you know if James was a great leader, you are all brand new, so how could you possibly know what James has went through. James this is so uncharacteristic of you.

    Desperate people do(say) desperate things!
    What's the average tenure of a ConMed Sales Rep, 9 months? The hospital staff can't even build a relationship with someone the turnover is so huge!

    Here is the deal, no one at Conmed cares about our division, they have tried to sell it for years and there are no takers, because our gross margins stink! (same old shitty products) It looks like the philosophy now is to weed out all the good sales people and just hire younger reps and pay them less, this has to be a nightmare for the AD's, because they are trying to hit their crazy quota, and spend the rest of their time hiring new people, it's a vicious cycle that will never change until John Hart is gone. Mark my words, that heads will roll if the division struggles here in the next few months, John will want someone to pay for it!

    The reason I don't need to leave is I can make some decent money, do what I want, and look for a job at my own leisure, because I have absolutely no supervision due to the fact my boss never works with me, so why would I leave until I find a job, better yet I'll just work two jobs, so stick it up your a#$.

    I think it funny that John Hart takes the time to read this and reply. John, your such an insignificant part of what goes on in the sales side, along with your corporate sales team (what a joke) you hirer ex-Stryker people who have no contacts whatsoever and are very limited on product knowledge, but because they are ex-Stryker people they can do it all.

    Did this gig for a long time and left years back. On a hard working week, went into field twice per week. Most weeks maybe 1 day. It did not matter. If you worked 3 days a week, (at the time), you could make $115k. Working 2 days per week brought in $100k. For 5 years was the easiest money. Plus, the 2 Clowns running the Division we’re clueless.

    God, I wish Curt would give this division to the Salvation Army for a write off. Having this division as part of Conmed must be what it's like to have incurable gonorrhea. Just when you think you might not hear about it again, back comes past and present employee's of this POS division to remind you that you have gonorrhea. In the end, you can't even give it away, because everyone says "I don't want your gonorrhea!
