whats up with all the Gyn Onc openings

 

Walz left YEARS ago. He's been retired for ages and just counts his MGI money these days.

 

Very small opportunity, huge territories, terrible offers. Really no need to hire more reps. Current sales force could easily absorb the Gyn Oncs and discuss new indication.

 

sounds like this person got passed up on new launch indication (more than likely because have no GYN relationships) everyone thinks it’s so easy...........now your disgruntled because you know your worth.

 

President leaving, new President from Japan, Meeting in Feb, sounds like things are about to change. Do I smell a layoff coming? Time to start looking while we have the chance. I think there will be sweeping changes coming in the new year because this is how we have done it in the past.

 

If someone from Japan is going in, it's not to learn english. Last time we hired people, they were let go in the mix. We do not have any new products coming just an agreement with Merck. Merck owns the rights in the US and may take it over and let us all go, except for a skeleton crew.

Can’t keep anyone in Nashville. Carol C is running everyone off with all the backstabbing.

 

Oncology is moving downhill fast. We do not have any new products coming, which takes around 5 - 10 years, and the ones we have are about to get put aside due to new products coming to the market. Other than keytruda, are we walking away from this market?

 

Decent info on this oncology thread considering it’s cafe Pharma. Any insights on salary ranges and bonus target?
