And I happen to know that the assistant shift team leader rides you constantly for slow performance, unauthorized breaks, failure to clean the bathrooms every 30 minutes, improper assembly of whopper sandwiches, incorrect change, no name tag, forgetting to upsell hot apple pies and worst of all, dirty fingernails and poor hygiene. The reason Quest sucks so bad is that the place is a toxic dump. I have never seen an organization so distrustful of its people and then wonder why its turnover is so high.

Maybe make your people feel a little special and you'll get results. Until then this place will suck the life out of you.
