Previous poster is sad. You still looking for a job since you were fired? Probably so. Putting out lies to make yourself better won't help you move on or get another job. If anyone is looking for the truth about a company on cafepharma you should get another source. This company is a good place to work. Do your own research and don't listen to former employees who were fired for not working.

PP is right. Do you own home work. Using cafepharma to find out info is not a good source you can rely on. Most posts on this board are from disgruntled employees.

I don't know why previous posts would say bad things about training. When I went through training it was a great experience and I met some great people. We worked hard and had some late nights practicing our presentations but most of us left training ready to sell our products. Overall the training was good for me and most of the people I got to know in my class.

The new trainer is doing too much. We have enough to do every day, every week, every month. We don't need your test assignments. Stop showing off. We have inventory, expenses, routing, scheduling etc etc and really don't get paid enough so stop with this extra BS crap.

Grow a pair and email her to let her know instead of cowering behind CP loser

Yes that will work, so you can fire us. How about you grow a pair and realize we have enough on our plates. We are in the field all day. We have to go to our storage facilities. Stop for donuts, lunch, etc. we do a lot of extras. We don't need this "extra BS" work to make MO feel special or important. We did training. Also what is up with our merit increases? We are now 5 pay periods almost 6 since last years time period. Grow your pair and explain...

Two things avion upper management is great at. Calling everyone losers on cp and running companies into the ground.

Why is it everyone isn’t taking the tests? Managers, Directors, etc? I wonder if they would pass?

Just remember everytime you promote the name brand and the Dr. writes the RX, that RX will end up going GENERIC which of course is ACELLA and you don't get credit for that. Ponzi Scheme.

So Chicago got a new manager. Heard this after acog. Person said it was either training or manager spot. It use to be top sales people were rewarded and sent to acog meetings and meetings like it. Not one club winner, not one district winner attended. And don’t we have a trainer? Why would new manager say training? Or manager spot for Chicago?

So Michele is gone? Who is taking that spot? Is that open? Someone said Alissa from Macon was going to training. Who is new Chicago manager?

This is no surprise, MIchelle hated Dena and as much as I hate to say it shares TMI.She hasn’t been happy for a while. Didn’t want to travel and heck we all travel it’s the life of pharmaceuticals. She wanted to do it her way with no one to answer to. I wouldn’t be surprised if she wants to come back though after a few months back out in the field in a new place. Nice person.
