Heard a few managers are headed over there in Expansion opportunity... good time to get out of here since Novartis will downsize by 50%. Anyone know who?
I interviewed with OT and turned down the job. They could not keep their lies straight. If someone wants to work for them good luck. I’ll take my chances here.
Their glaucoma indication just flopped and their stock is spiraling in the wrong direction. Good fucking luck with that...
New drug had trouble getting approved. 3rd time it did, but a steroid without an inflammation indication? Not covered by medicare. J code not expected until 2020, if they get it. Lies lies lies at interview. If they will lie to you they will expect you to lie to customers. The people they have hired are abrasive, in your face type people, so I would expect lots of crap from management, in fact, saw it in action myself the other day as a rep & boss came in an office i was in. Horrible But, go ahead if you want. Its a very troubled company.
These guys are all ex-Alcon losers. They couldn't get that product through the FDA properly and hired a bunch of incompetent leaders. Good luck, they're going to need it! How many Dexamethasone injections are out there now? Eventhough different delivery... used for the same indication.
leadership told the investment community, today that they had to reorganize Ops in order to have enough cash to fund till Q4-2020. I feel bad for the folks that just got hired. Actually I don’t. This company sounds like a hot mess with bad leadership and they should have known better.
