Any truth to the rumors that WHC is having a restructure soon? I am hoping this is an upper management restructure. That would be the quickest way to increase sales.

Lots of vacant territories that are not posted? Lots of mgrs leaving.

Big picture- Bayer has many issues that are more pressing than worrying about a division that will be selling a 5 year 52 mg IUD against a 6 year 52mg IUD in a couple months. The only answer for women’s health is to reduce costs! Reduce head count. Reduce commission. Reduce marketing. Of course, Bayer will restructure a division that is not growing because there is no other option. It’s not like viliprasin is coming out in the next year or 2 or 3.

Get ready ya all. Bayer IUDs are in essence generic - planning is currently ongoing with Stefan/Sebastian to turn WHC over to the Established Brands business in US Access. No more FF - start looking.

i don’t know why people are still assuming they are hiring more J&J and Jansen reps. The last post is more accurate. it is more likely that the division will be dissolved into established brands than hire more managers. Stop worrying about who they are hiring because we all should worry about how long this position will be around. They aren’t spending another dime on women’s health people!

The only thing that is generic is our Marketing Dept. Except for Juan. I like that guy. He listens to the needs of the field. What does Lesa do anyway?

She clicks on Hubble all day for no reason at all to “make it work”. Oh wait no, that’s just for the CSSs to keep them annoyed. My bad.
