I hear MH was announced as the new mid-west manager today. You have been warned - The wolf in sheep's clothing is back. I will share some fun facts on this "leader" below:

    1) Fired from Synergy for harassment - both sexual and general harassment. Outside council was brought in (paid) to investigate and he was moved out shortly after their findings. (He of course stated he left to go to a new company in another state (Missouri to Cali) leaving his family behind...what a farce. Frat brothers hired him to get him out of a jam). Matt was let go from Scilex, his friends couldn't save him.

    2) Will take out majority of current team and bring in his own people. This has happened at Synergy and the majority of the people he brought over added no value to the organization.

    3) He Will Lie. This one is important to read, because it is REAL. He will lie to your face, to other leader's faces, and to customers to save his behind. Mark this statement and reread 12-18 months from now - This will happen again as he has a history of making up lies about happenings, people, and state of affairs with the business...all to help him try to fit in with real leaders.

    4) His leadership style - Narcissistic leadership. He only looks out for himself and and friends he hires. You cannot disagree with him (sure he will let you up front, early on in his tenor as manager, but you will be pegged as a "bad rep" and he will find your replacement soon afterwards).

    5) Lacks strategic initiative - Old school pharma leader with no thought of his own. Watch for yourself. #nightmare

    6) He lacks less stage presence than BH. He is uncomfortable in his own skin and thus the reasoning for only hiring people who are comfortable with him.

So thank you to LJ and JC for bringing back a criminal to help change the culture at Salix/Bausch. Well-played...said no one ever. Now wonder JC left that region with no manager for this long. MH must have had some agreement that he couldn't be involved for a specific amount of time or you needed to let the dust settle since you screwed over the MW manager.

Please be careful with MH. Do not play your hand, you cannot be honest or transparent with him, and the second he shows his true colors go immediately to HR.

At this point, can anyone really make our culture worse?

Salix just a continuation of the worst of Synergy. This dude wrecked Synergy culture with LJ. He terrorized some really good managers over there. They either quit, or stayed and had their reputations destroyed. I was in the car with my manager when he called her and started yelling at her. I could hear. He’s a real jerk.

What a disgrace to the sales organization!!!!! Thanks a lot LJ. This truly proves LJ's lack of engagement with her job.

It sounds like he will fit right in. Every manager I have ever met at Salix is a horrible micromanager who doesn't care at all about their reps. Salix is a horrible place and this guy (who I have never met) is a perfect match.

Wait... You despise Salix? for this move?
From what I understand this is another Synergy reject that was brought back by one of your own, right?
    Correct me if Im wrong.
Salix and JC do plenty that can be questioned, but I have a hard time understanding how you can pin this on them. Sounds like JC is pretty much letting your fearless leader pick her team. Then he can send them back out with her when they dont meet his expectations.

JC has expectations? Minding the business at hand doesn't seem to be one of those expectations. If he was more engaged in his position, he wouldn't have blindly hired back LJ and let the sales force run out of resources. If I can remember from his speech at the NSM he tried to convince everyone how great the purchase of Synergy by Salix would be for Trulance, the reps, and the Bausch org.

That midwest spot filled by MH was left open for 3-4 months for a reason. Very capable manager was moved out so LJ could have another "friend" on her management team.

Minding the business? You’re talking about a so called “leader” who misses meetings, doesn’t return phone calls or email and never acts on field input on key issues that effect us daily.

Is BHC going to raise the price of Trulance and keep raising it like they do with Xifaxan?

MH will have more complaints to HR. He shouldn’t be leading anyone. His team will figure that out fast enough. Will make mistake after mistake and then take it out on his sales rea and try to fire them. He is the most non Strategic human I have ever come around
