Bond is dropping some serious knowledge on us - basic sales 101 garbage. He thinks what separates the most successful TM’s is how likeable they are. He is a screaming idiot that knows nothing about selling ACell but DD is eating it up because he doesn’t know any better. Time to get out of dodge. WE are all screwed.

Not sure what you are referring to by "BOND?"

BUT - "BONDO," is a glue - sounds like and Implies: Character, Commitment, Honor ...

Not mis-representing yourself as a board member of an organization ...when you are not!

Not representing the truth about your experience....

I speak the truth when I say, your lips are Bondo to DD’s ass!!

I also represent the truth also when it comes to the new embarrassing sales 101 training initiative. How demoralizing to treat a veteran and accomplished salesforce. Sit back and watch the implosion of your best reps.

DD = no college degree, no Med device experience. This should be fun.

Is this true y’all? Not surprised at all. It actually makes a lot of sense. How the heck does someone like this get promoted to this level? Maybe he can send another quote to inspire us? Never read a book, but gives us quotes on how to run our business/life. What a genius. I’m so inspired by your empty words.

You got a lottery ticket, slick. Stop pretending like you know what you’re doing. Everyone knows you’re completely lost.

But he has a weird mustache. Doesn’t that make him qualified.

Can we please stop with these ridiculously painful Walter Bond calls? Can we stop assuming ex-athletes are experts in things other than their sport? It’s not motivating to be stuck on the phone for 50 minutes with a loud, self-absorbed, and self-proclaimed “sales expert”. This has gone from a joke to an annoying time suck. We should be making sales calls, but instead we’re stuck on the phone listening to obnoxious gibberish.

Everyone I talk to calls in so it looks like they are listening and just checks out. We all talk to each other about how much of a waste of time these calls are. The guy can’t stop bragging about himself and his advice is garbage. The only people who pretend that this guy provides value are the company “yes” men....Ya’ll know who you are.

Walter Bond reminds me of 3am infomercial where some loud mouth is yelling and trying to get me to buy some shitty gadget that he swears will change my life. You have to be very drunk or very stupid to buy things being sold on 3am infomercials.

Same concept for selling Acrap. Reps are about as annoying to surgeons than a 3am infomercial, so clearly you don’t fall far from the tree.

Couldn’t agree more. This guy isn’t a motivational speaker or business savvy in any way. His approach is a combination of clueless and obnoxious. Why the heck are we still doing calls with this guy? Everyone is tuning him out.

It’s all good ... company is almost sold...the last attempt was the best

"Almost" sold? Gee, I wonder what the prospective buyer found out at the last minute? (wink, wink, nudge nudge.)

What is that supposed to mean?

It’s painful. Everyone hates these calls but nobody wants to tell DD so we all pretend like they’re great. Shut up and nod your head or you’ll be pushed out for disagreeing. That’s how he “manages” his people.

If we IPO, the street will quickly sniff out the lack of basic business knowledge, inexperience in med device, missing college degree, arrest record, struggles speaking basic sentences, hiring of highly questionable characters, and how he was named 30+ times in the DOJ investigation report. More than any other person at the company. What do you think that would do to the stock price? Up or down?

whooaaaa. 30 times? More than anyone else? Very funny...... and not very surprising. The poor guy is so lost and everyone is laughing at him.

his name was mentioned 30 times in the whistleblowers report where the company had to plead guilty and he still has his job? How is this possible? He’s clearly the biggest liability at the company.

Old news people. Everyone has been talking about this for months

this must be why so many people are quitting the last 2 months? We had 6 reps quit in my part of the country recently and I heard a few more are actively looking for other jobs.
