I’ll have my tie on as I bate you into your own demise. Maybe some fines to go with it.

Perfect example on WHY we are having these ride-alongs. One friendly suggestion- BE ON YOUR A-GAME. NOTHING ELSE MATTERS!

Disagree, this job is a joke. Easy to find something better, but working 10 hours a week for what a make isn’t bad. This place does not matter!

These drastic measures are hard enough on senior management but when comments are made such as those posted above, sometimes we can live with the decisions that have to be made. Good luck to all.

Well, some VP’s have never seen or made an actual sales call so they need to witness one or 2 in the field. ;)

There's a phrase that comes to mind regarding the value that Field VP's bring to GSK and that phrase is, "useless as tits on a nun".

Oh and speaking of useless Field VP's, is that field VP in the Northeast with the personality and intelligence of a shoebox PF still there? If so then there is no doubt why GSK continues to be a dysfunctional and horribly run organization.

You obviously haven’t been around for awhile. New England FVPs typically last 2 years, so there have been 3-4 since PF.

GO FOR IT you idiot. You will definitely qualify for termination due to policy and in many states you can end up in jail. Big man on Cafepharma!

FVPs. What a damn joke!! Really? field contacts? They have absolutely nothing to do except cash phat paychecks.

Ha ha someone better check their panties. You have no idea how much dirt can be ascertained. In many states it’s perfectly legal. Let’s just say you get videotaped caught read handed? Oh how sweet it will be chump.
