    Managed care divisions of companies present to insurance companies P&T committees benefits of dermatology medicines and why they are needed to be added to their formularies. If a product is used in derm's offices for cosmetic purposes such as anti-aging, etc , the patient has to pay for it. It will not be covered.

    One way or another, health care costs have to come down in order for insurance costs to come down. It's a zero sum game.
