Turnover 30-40%. Company is complete sh*t, puppeteer’d by a useless and clueless leader in Germany (CD) and we all are looking. Plenty of roles to backfill if you are that desperate and haven’t done your research. Leader in FL is a good guy, maybe the best in the bunch. However, he can’t control the struggles you face in the field.
