Where did Mark go? Really liked that guy and working for him at Celgene. Sorry you guys lost him too.

Alvin was a loss, Mark was nothing special but also not out to fuck the sales force so things can get worse and they probably will. I believe 9 reps have left since the start of the year counting karyo departures. People will continue to go for the reasons below:
    1. New geographies with routing is creating hardships for many who did not sign on for that.
    2. No equity
    3. Pods with JNJ
    4. Northcutt is terrible
    5. bad vacation policy 3 weeks with no holiday break. No company will be worse
    6. bad bonus payouts
    7. terrible culture and treatment at NSM's; long days, no free night,
    8. massive turnover all around leaves even happy reps wondering
    9. sales force input is not sought, not encouraged, or ignored ( see #1)
    10. Abbvie reps get 20 k in profit sharing while we are given 6000 grand in rsu's

    Dear Colonel Klink

People know what failing to meet an endpoint is.

Happy to see stock price getting whacked today. I like to think Northcutt and The Colonel are losing money today.

Wow it must be awful then! Sanofi is the pits. Worked there many years ago and can attest it was the worst. How are folks who went to Karyopharm?

2 weeks ago there was a time that there was no one running sales, market access, or marketing. When will JN be held accounatble for his inability to keep people?

Above poster is spot on but ignores the drug problems. Imbruvica is peaked and will have a slow trajectory down. Other BTk's, Venetoclax, and Abbvie pushing Venetoclax time limited combo with Imbruvica will all halt the growth. Northcutt cant steer the ship with calm waters. No other indications coming as everything has failed. The only reason to stay is if Abbvie takes over and purges Sunnyvale. Their culture cant be worse. Good Luck Susan, your silence is deafening.

In new hire training for a full week and Northcutt cant stop by for 10 minutes????? I guess he doesnt think much of the sales force.

You are right that is why I had many meetings with sales ops to make sure routing is squared away. Then I talked to sales ops about making sure bonus payouts where always below standard. Then I ate a very large pizza all by myself.

    Dear Erik,

John is ruining your company! You are the absolute worst person ever for not addressing this.

Attrition continues and we all wonder why, it's Mr. Waffles and fries!

All jokes aside I give SV six months before she move on to bigger and better things.

    Kylander forever bitches!

    Love everyone!

When you get to the November meeting and hear management tell you what a great year we are having and how proud they are of the sales force take a look at our payout attainment. These assholes dont even realize that it is insulting to talk about what a great year it is while paying out at 95% quota.

Where do you think people will jump to?

blue print, beigene, abbvie, gsk, and all the openings created by these companies hiring. Pods, routing, no pipeline, vacation, bad bonus, make this one of the worst jobs in the industry.

Debbie F goes to manage a group selling Venetoclax and they call it a promotion? Will they do the same for the reps who leave to go sell Venetoclax?
