Serious question... not sure anybody will know for sure... With regards to the background check, what constitutes a red flag for Syneos? I’m not talking about DUI or anything felony, but I have a “petty” misdemeanor on my record from 5 years ago. Is that something that I should worry about?

If the misdemeanors from 5 y ago are no more than a speeding ticket ...If there is more than that they will pass on you and hire the next best thing. That's that! Unless, there you have some connection that will take you in because you have your uncle as a VP of sales or something else... that makes for shady business advances.

dont mean to scare you or anything but I was actually kind of impressed by how thorough the syneos background check was. they called all my previous employers from the past 7 years, and even flagged me because one of my dates for last day at one of my previous jobs was about a month off.

I dont have anything on my criminal record besides a couple speeding tickets years ago so i cant speak to that side but if it's as thorough as the employment check, you might be in trouble.

Different story, not one of my past employers were contacted nor any of my references.

How does a low credit score effect background with Sterling?
