First off, you need to chill dude. Second of all, anytime you see any idiot write about "Jon Coktoasten," they are a moron trying to leave messages to distract from the real issues. There is no person by that name. Sage is about to sell a drug for depression, but the fact is that most field employees are depressed. The culture here is toxic. There is a complete disconnect from home office and the field. The home office may have a good culture, but this isn't the case in the field. Sage talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk. Yet again they recently announced yet again another management survey. Monkey Survey is never anonymous. No one will ever voice their real issues and concerns for fear of retaliation. Another waste-of-time survey that will not yield true results.
