DMs really enjoy working with you, driving in a shitty car with a bad driver who has no idea where they’re going. The calls are horrible and the rep doesn’t get why they aren’t moving business You suck is why you aren’t moving business! Yeah, the DMs aren’t the problem

 

Everyone is a bad driver but YOU. I added a navigation system. We'll get straight to business when/ if you ride with reps again. I understand your concerns. Was a police called on these bad drivers? Or was the day just too long?
To prevent this tragedy - don't stop asking for past salaries only. Add few more questions and test drives before you hire anyone below Nescar level driving skills.
Bring a dash cam next time. And a helmet. Lets get the RIGHT message to our MD's (one that you feel will sell no matter what) - i am open to your contribution..

Post 28 needs to explain this one. The rep or "someone that's a DM "somewhere". Tribalism is still alive and kicking. It's nonsense.

Just look at #28 talking in ambiguous terms.
Shitty car? What is a shitty car? Older model cars or a cars that has actual feces and other human residue all over ?
One is preventable.The other, not.

Bad drivers? By what standard? Did they put you in danger?

I have met DM's talking about their close coworker DM and how he wasn't very smart to do all the spreadsheets and reports required and she was helping him. He probably doesn't know to this day - she thinks he is dumb.Yet they are very "close". If you are helping someone -why do you need to broadcast it? To brag?Superiority complex much!?! Toxic people are like cancer - i tell you...
