Some exciting news to be given. There will be a national announcement this week. As most field employees are very depressed about working here, they will be offering free Zulresso to everyone. Infusions with rolling IV pumps will be distributed to all field employees from Tuesday till Thursday afternoon with the celebration to follow. You may be wondering about the continuous monitoring. Well that won't be a problem since they continuously monitor your every action and movement during waking hours. Stay tuned!

Perfectly said. That just about summarizes everything. Doesn't it?

This is pretty funny. You’ve got to just laugh things off in this industry. Sage is NO different than any other pharma company. They sold us all a bill of goods here. We actually thought things would be different. LOL

Top Brass are blow hards (compliance, training, marketing) absolutely in love with themselves. Never saw an organization where ppl pat themselves on the back as much as they do here.

RBDs are micromanaging every move you make. “we’ve got to Put moms first ...but you better get SOC up and running or you’re out on your ass.” “STOP asking questions about coverage, it’ll work itself out”. “Be prepared to role play whenever I call”

And it wont stop after launch. If you don’t have SOCs or a bunch of pts getting infused , you suck as reps.

And the freaking kiss asses on the Zoom calls! PLEASE for the love of god stop! You are so fake.

I hope we get bought out soon!

For some positive news, rumor has it that Jon Coktoasten is leaving sales and moving to home office for a marketing gig. For those of us in sales that deal with this tyrant, we say...good luck!

Thank you. There are many of us that agree with you. It's terrible here and I've never been in such a toxic environment. They don't uphold any of the core values they proudly list that they possess. And yes, I'm tired of all the fake people on the Zoom calls as well. Apple polishers. Brown-nosers. A**-kissers. Whatever you call them, they’re probably some of the most irritating and potentially destructive people on your team.

First, they’re trying to climb the corporate ladder by polishing boots, rather than polishing up whatever it is they’re supposed to be working on. They’re spending all day being the perfect lackey instead of focusing on their work.

Second, they’re usually also perfectly willing to move up by climbing atop the bodies of their coworkers. Backstabbing is the most-used device from your local brown-noser’s toolkit, and they take zero issue with putting you down to make themselves look better. They are much more likely to tattle on you for mistakes than help you correct slip-ups before they get out. No matter who you are, the butt-kisser is not your friend. They are not (usually) kissing up due to an inferiority complex or to make other people feel good about themselves; they’re doing it to advance at all costs. And that means snubbing out the competition — including you.

The field backscratcher can wear some devious disguises. They’ll always pretend to have your back; they’ll sit back and listen to all of your complaints about your boss and your company, and be the first person to voluntarily accompany you on a much-needed rant. The appearance of a sympathetic cohort is always there — that is, until they take everything you say out of context and narc you out to the boss to make you look bad. Trust an ass-kisser as much as you would a guy with a trench coat full of $50.00 Rolexes. It’s all fake. Walk away and never look back.

These apple polishers may also be hiding out behind the facade of your good ol’ yes man/woman. They never have any original ideas, and will always champion what they higher-ups have planned. Worse yet, they’re willing to pump up your best ideas — so long as they have enough time to go behind your back and take credit for them.

When we are on the Zoom calls, it is nauseating to see the flowery comments in the chat box. I'm embarrassed to be associated with many of these people. Sage is bad enough. My RBD is a pathetic, low-self esteem, witch. Also word to the wise, don't trust HR here. They are the most corrupt department I have ever experienced. Nothing is anonymous. Protect yourself and trust no one here. Start applying for new jobs if you haven't already. This is not the place to be and will only get worse.

I am sick and tired of reading about the “tyrant” Coktoasten! If you’re so unhappy, leave! He has been a perfect gentleman in all of my interactions with him. Please move on you psycho!

Good grief. How about a parachute for all of those huge leaps you are taking. Sage isn’t perfect, and I appreciate CP for a real look at things behind the curtains- but yours. Um..think I’ll leave that curtain closed. Seems like you are looking for a reason to be pissed at pretty much everyone.

You're exactly one of the problems here. Thank you for your post. Oh, you have a little smudge on your nose.

Not at all. But I’m not trying to hate my all my coworkers and write insane tirades about backstabbing.

I haven't posted anything until now. No offense, but it sounds like you have your head in a hole. Besides the obvious problems at this company, this by far has the most apple polishers I have ever experienced in my career. I personally have already been railroaded a few times by one of my teammates. It's your prerogative , but I couldn't possibly defend these people myself.
