What happened to all the territory reductions that are to be made this year? I thought we were in an “expansion mode.” Why are they NOT touching the largest territories? It’s time or is Management scared they’re going to run more people off? Total BS what Jen and Lee are spewing. It’s time for real management changes at the top. These guys suck and this company’s in the shitter. Just look at the stock. Lies. Lies. Lies.

Does this really shock you? People have been saying for the past few years on this site that management only cares about 1 thing....... THEMSELVES and HOW MUCH COIN CAN THEY PUT IN THEIR POCKETS. Look who's running this amusement park. How can we continue to have the same issues we've experienced over 3 + years ? Its simple, Capper and his cronies. If management really cared about its sales force and our daily issues, this would have been resolved within a 3 month period. People continue to leave and record rates and yet again management does nothing to rectify the problem. Our HR guy is nothing but a potatoe spud. Does absolutely nothing but stare at his life size Caitlynn Jenner poster. Yet we'll have the same shit lickers post here stating those who complain are nothing but losers. Trust me, I along with others in my region will soon be gone. This company has turned into a major shit show

What territories do you want to split? Everyone pisses and moans every time an expansion is added. Volunteer yours? When good reps are kicking ass why would they touch it?

Really??? Let’s start in the New York. then Kansas City...then Arizona...hmm favoritism? I think that’s a good place to start since we’re supposed to be expanding. Don’t you think? These are the kinds of bad management decisions/indecision that’s driving people off and destroying the salesforce moral.

This job has nothing to do with "good reps". The situation is, the company is going to a pharma model by emphasizing reach and frequency and by doing so shrinking territories down so they can have more reps that can see more doctors more often. Make sense, I cannot fault them for that.

For instance, and he's a very nice guy but the New York rep shouldn't have a territory that big with a dedicated customer service staff member and several dedicated associates. That isn't the same situation for everyone else in the company. There shouldn't be one rule for one and another rule for everyone else.

If the company wants to go the route of hiring more people and shrinking territory sizes it really should start with the biggest territories as that'll hurt that individuals pocket far less than splitting territories when the initial rep is earning significantly less, plus splitting the bigger territories will also increase revenue for the company significantly more as two reps in a big territory are going to be able to see more physicians more often then one rep leading to growing market share and maintainig market share of a much bigger market. However I could see the company continually putting associates in there with one rep as that most likely will be far less expensive than hiring a second rep
Again this is based off of the company's reach and frequency business model it's going to.

Sometimes the reason the territory is kicking ass is due to size, coverage, and potential?
