What does she do all day? I don't know how she got her job, but talk about boring, uninspiring and demands no respect. When she speaks I am flabbergasted on how GSK allows her to represent them. Hopefully with the new company arising she will be replaced with someone we can look look up to respect. We need a leader! If she moved any slower we would be going backwards. She doesn't know how to move this business forward.

If you aren't part of white mean girls club of Texas you are out!!! Good news is they don't accomplish much, so anyone should be able to over throw them. You just need half a brain.

The buzz word is accountability. Let's put her to the test.

The GSK buz word she loves to use is accountable. Let's ask her who accountable she actually is. I would say F-

Recognizing talent and hiring talent is not her strong point. I'm sure she finds that group threatening and intimidating. You always want to hire below your intelligence level. That leaves a small group.

I don't know how she has had a job here so long. I don't think she even qualifies to run a territory as a rep. She is lucky to have moved up the ladder with the little skills she has. She should be thankful she has been paid so much for so at GSK. It time for some serious changes.

I think our group was one of the first to hear the news of her promotion. Wow. All I can say is Epic fail Ken!!! She must have some serious dirt on you and that's why you kept her. It's the only thing I can think of. The amateur hour continues. Ken you might want to tell her NO ALCOHOL at work functions. It's not a pretty or professional. She need some leadership classes. Lord help us. I'm out of here!

Affair? She's wouldn't make it at any other company for very long. You are probably correct. That is the only thing that makes sense

she won't last with Pzizer. They will realize she is not qualified. She won't make it anywhere else at that level. She cares more about gossip then working. It's time for a positive change. She will enjoy retirement , twitter, Facebook, instagram.

You all should leave and look for another job. That job is not worth it. They are asking more and more out of reps and no money. It use to be a great work environment. Now all reps do is fix all the issues they are thrown daily and do data entry for no reason. The work we do is not helping move the business. It's useless work and with her leading there is no hope for change. I heard she interrupted 2 conference calls to explain 350 targets. I think she just likes to hear herself talk. Run ya all and look for something more rewarding.

Someone needs to instruct her on how to lead. Micromanaging and constant threats don't make employees want to work more. I feel like we are all back in HS. We really need some strong men to run this company . We need less drama, gossip and emotion and more common sense and leadership. In the last 3 months this job has gone from a B to a F-

They just posted a job saying you must talk to your manager first before applying. I printed it and I'm having an attorney look at it. I'm pretty sure it is illegal to demand that you discuss it with your manager. Talk about discrimination among other issues.

If you have been working in expert sales longer than 5 years than you know how Gia got to where she is at. It was not based off her managerial skills or leadership. It was solely based off her " relationship" with Ken. I know it's a hard pill to swallow but true. It's hard not to notice it especially after she has had a few drinks under her belt. Everyone knows. I don't know who they think they are fooling, but Ken needs to end All relationships with her. It's time to give her a package and let her go. Affairs happen all the time but enough already. The rest of the company needs strong leadship that they respect. If we truly want to make an impact then we need a true leader and someone who understands the business. She was a rep and should have stayed there. Its time to bite the bullet Ken. You can do better!!

Uh, yeah. So you’re gonna go for a new position and not discuss this with your manager in advance? You must have a pretty rotten relationship with your manager, and obviously you just don’t get it.

I don't sleep with my boss and it's none of their business. It's illegal. You don't know the law
