Appreciate this answer but I think there is more to it then that. Professionals should be able to deal with a lull in product stream. I believe it has more to do with the 1. The lack of respect that has trickled down from upper management down to reps who fail to acknowledge the true issues in accessing products (price , no impactful marketing , old messaging ) 2. Robust job market offering outstanding opportunity 3. The “click and track” mentality everyone at every level is reduced to.
With any foresight, which Nelson has, we will have a new product in the bag soon. Without that, we hang on as long as our self respect can take it. Still proud to work here... I have an awesome manager who gets it.

How is that RBM meeting going to look next week? All the vacancies!!!!! Wonder if Nelson will realize 40% of the people he is meeting are new within the last 6 months and vacancies for RBM position has to be at least 20% right now!!!!!!!!!

3 more RBM's this week. Whether they are leaving the company or the division, it all points to lack of leadership in Lisa and her ABD's. How bad does it have to get? We are losing GREAT people.

Just a few years ago we had a future leaders program to build a bench of manager candidates who would be hired from within. It was the exception to hire a line manager from outside. We also had very low turnover, and we routinely made our goals and were paid nice bonuses. Then the "smart" people came in...got rid of the future leaders program because they didn't know how to make it work, managers stopped coaching, more outside hires were made, and we went down the toilet. Thank you "smart" people for destroying our culture and company
