    Nothing has changed for him at Array- all that is said confirmed about him and Bobs Big Boy- really bad.

    Ron, is by far the worst manager I have ever had. He cowers to Allen Hodge, can't host a conference call on his own and is a liar. He looks out for Ron and only Ron. I left at the right time because what I hear now is that he's getting worse.
