I am new to the field and I wonder how is it possible that Exactech is able to send surgeons over to Italy at the drop,of a hat? Are the Distributors covering the cost. I can barely afford a tank of gas, less have to pay for a trip. Any advice.

Our distributor has sent several. It works. We have locked down several docs and Italy dosent care what we do there. Spend the money upfront.
