Serious answers: how is this division?

Horrible. Seriously. Sun has killed Absorica. Halog and Ultravate won't do $10 million this year. This division's leadership is only interested in hanging on while the brands die. Unfortunately, the branded dermatology division will be gone by this time next year with more layoffs coming.

I wonder if it’ll come down to one rep has everything for derm including Ilumya.

With declining revenue, share and profit, there’s absolutely no way they will keep people. Cost-cutting/control is all they know.
You can’t ‘save your way’ to profitability.

    Agreed.
Gotta be some changes and I don’t mean adding people.

This division just did a reorganization in past few months.. I don’t see it making any changes in the near future

True they did just do a reorg. But even SUN isn't going to sit on fading revenue as these products die for more than 12 months. I give it a year. Then it's layoffs again. Halog, Ultravate, Ximino are all duds. Absorica is a good product but the Market Access group sucks and AN has no idea on how to contract and control a copay card. This is all going downhill.
