The TSR expectations document is a great guideline for people that have never held a sales position before.
    Great work ZB Leadership!!

Yes, you love the document you created, Raddman. And you love everything about yourself.

But no one's buying what you're laying down.

LOL. The above post was 100% sarcasm. It’s nothing but BS that I refuse to sign

Funny. Great way to describe the radster - in love with himself - although i would say that about most of the 3i brethren. He probably jerks off to his old “bodybuilding” pics. “Back in the day at band camp when i did 8 evening programs a week....”

    Sorry that was mean. Idiots

You're right, that was mean. Band kids don't deserve to be lumped in with that loser.

By the end of June , do you think more new hires will quit/let go , or more tenured reps will be let go / fired ? Recruiters are making a killing off of these reps

Tick Tock Tick Tock, 2nd quarter coming to a close. 7 business days left to sell. Did they dance around the bush telling you NOT to sand bag? During these 7 days, this is the time when HR violations between rep and manager happen BTW, will Brett and certain RSM's be allowed to stay on should growth not happen from prior year. How many reps that are on PIP will make it?

dont know what above post is talking about but I can tell you this:

Cutting salaries=people feeling unappreciated=reps (who do all the legwork) leaving en masse

    What a bad move.

Can't wait for Monday morning to come. I have a feeling a new "document" is coming. Something that will help me hit my numbers. I haven't had sushi or steak in a while, and the Costco mailer does not show that Ramen noodles are on sale. Thank god I grab samples of toothpaste on every office visit, because it's not on sale either.

LOL!!! I get it, you're not getting paid. But hey, there Kirkland Vodka is cheap, and that should help drown your misery. Also, work the system, go down the aisle, eat samples, walk around and wait for the next shift, eat samples, repeat.
