how much longer do you you think janssen will hang on to the non imbedded team? theres no new indications coming down the pipeline. so im assuming after this initial launch period the non imbedded team are basically done for. summer 2019?

q1 there will be a reorganization. there will no longer be a embedded and non embedded team of cso reps. non embedded reps need to start saying their goodbyes.

Any insider information about our contract? Are they keeping us around? Appears as if most cuts are Mid year & end of year. Invokana looks good with new data coming.

They cut the Long term care team in July.......Safe to say the Synergy team is in a good place. Not to be the bearer of bad news, if Invokana does not make a rebound. The Horizon team will be done in December. The five years I have been on this piece of business they have cut every 6 months.

Agreed, It is true....they cut the Long term care without notice. They were totally blindsided. The rumor was that they were good until December. Though Janssen pulled the plug 6 months earlier. There were reps still in training along with A manager. One Long term care rep left a job to take the position and was thrown away. She has no pharmaceutical experience at all. How can they place her going forward? For a specialized position this is the price you pay jumping on a CONTRACT like the LTC. I feel for the 50 reps displaced if they can't find work elsewhere they will have a difficult time landing with syneos because of the salary structure.

How can the contract not be signed if they are interviewing?

So I forgot to ask in NJ, when was the contract signed for the Community Hospital Reps and how long is it for? The first interviewer said something about two years.
