Really becoming a joke when we lose funding every month. Only to be told that’s 3% of our business. Laughable. I’ve never seen a company fight it’s sales force more than this one. Our “support staffs” have lost perspective on who actually pays the bills. Lokelma is a joke but we are doing everything we can to help them.

True. The absolute lack urgency on the company’s behalf is astounding. They won’t buy the data necessary (Walmart, Fresenius, etc). They try to restrict samples at the worst possible time and are COMPLETELY unprepared for a competitive market. I just don’t get it!

I hear you - but what can you do about it? We (Relypsa) are who we are and most of our problems have been here since day 1 and dont seem to change. I would not expect major changes in our payer access or hospital strategies and we will never be able to compete w AZ’s resources. Really only 2 choices....

We don’t have to compete with AZ resources. We have a far superior product. Continue to fight the fight to change the culture, be honest and respectful.

Now that BK has resigned maybe the support will be different coming from that side of the business?

Need to make a few more leadership changes but if some will make a big difference.

When did BK resign? It should have been BN!

Worked with BK when I first started at Relypsa. Him leaving is fantastic. BN is a televangelist, along with the President PT, they both need to go. I think Vifor is getting ready to revamp things and they probably will. Just look around, how deep in the roster do they go to find their leadership. I believe, Vifor has plans that don't include the current leadership, or they simply don't care. Most likely Vifor will be bringing in leadership from some of the partners they currently work with. That would make sense. My advice to anyone left JUMP SHIP because I don't think the next round of layoffs will be very pleasant and rumor has it they are coming.

Hey guys you might want to check your voicemail and your email as I BN left you important information about “reach and frequency!” We don’t have to contract with any payers or Medicare, we just need to sell harder to our top tier targets! Better yet just bring in a sleeping bag and live in their offices, that will grow our business! And as always it’s about saving patient lives regardless how expensive our drug is!

We must have someone that understands the business and supports sales. Real leaders don't avoid necessary conflict. We can't continue to make progress with our current cheerleader and televangelist. The blitz was recycled Forest garbage. Duh, we need to see the right people! Does he really believe anyone is still listening to his ridiculous voicemails or reading his emails? TU, all eyes are on you to make the changes needed. Good people have options and have their bags packed or they are looking.

Last round of layoffs June/July 2018...…………….. not to mention the entire lab.

That's a very good point. TU needs to feel the power. He has been out in the field, he has done it all. Relypsa is so lucky to STILL have him. He is not a cheerleader, he is not a televangelist, he IS reasonable, fair and has an understanding of what needs to happen in Commercial. Get rid of BN and all of Sales Operations. Lets get this done and get re-energized. I can't believe PT will be around in another year. BUT I don't think TU will do much, because his hands are tied, Vifor is out of touch with US Pharma and thinks PT and BN are doing great, so if you are a good person with options...…………………. you might be best to take them.

Prelim offers = higher salary, better bonus, more stock options, increased 401K, more vacation and of course better leaders. Loose lips all around about who’s interviewing including TAMS, RAM, DSMS, Marketing and Medical. Pure stupidity to be running your mouth to anyone before your deal is signed. Within a month solid prediction of 10-15 gone. Peace out!
