    Don’t forget to keep your mouth shut. Wael wouldn’t want any truth sneaking out around here. Especially not any truth about sales or morale or study results or price hikes or employee departures. That’s the trick. Keep it all murky so no one knows if people quit or were fired.

    The truth is that we all know enough about speakers and prior auths and privacy that this dirty company will pay up as we walk out the door. Some of us are joining forces to sue. Stay tuned.

    Why does HR have this much power? We see this stupid move with HR taking over for the managers a lot. Essentially, it seems that Tracy made a decision and Wael ( manager) fired the head of Legal. This is not normal. Why is Otsuka allowing this? Lately it’s clear that the attack is on talented employees who speak up. If the ‘higher up’ see any slight possibility that you might make them look bad, you are out. Even if there is a slight chance. They are scared of how they will look to Otsuka and their shadows. Why are they so scared? Nori- where are you?

    Head if legal worked hard for years. It’s not cool.

    Who knows with all the lies around here but everyone on three says that she said no to Wael’s shady ideas too many times and quit. Something to do with 301. Based on the timing, I bet they are hiding the real results. I would be scared if I were them. It’s only a matter of time before enough of us go to the FDA that they start listening.

    How do I join the people who are suing? Another poster mentioned linked in. Is there a group?

    This Clinical Group is shady at the leader level. Cory is joining the shadiness as well. Led by shady person Nadine K. Fred, Tamika, Homan, and Sophie-Do better or get out.

    I think the people are here. I heard it started by someone who is ‘protected’ because they screwed with this person too much. Look no further from your peers that are not happy or fake happiness. Wink. They are reaching out to employees that left. At least it seems that’s how it started. It appears to be a joint effort. These people know all the loopholes to protect the employees and still have them participate.

    It’s true that Tracy hasn’t done much. But she’s not a bad person. On the other hand, Pepe le Pierre Louis is.

    Find out what? Like 99% of the posts here, it’s bs posted by ex or disgruntled employees who want everyone else to be as miserable as they are. Tracy is fine. Clinical Operations is fine. There are no conspiracy theories. Be adults and move on.

    He doesn’t need emails. They all read the posts. He just needs to act. Give all employees a written immunity and dig/ask using outside investigator/Otsuka. Some of the facts posted here are facts.

    When every employee leaves/ resigned, Nori or Otsuka should interview every individual. He should be involved in all employee decisions. Nori May be partial too. Who knows.

    PDSC is a mess. The commercial supply chain director is complaining that he is fixing Phil’s mess. Rattan is not trusted so a project manager lead is stepping in to do technical stuff and traveling to CMOs per Linda’s instruction.

    Quality is another hot mess.Paul S resigned for the second time. Every few months he resigns because he doesn’t want to work with Dan and PDSC is never happy with his performance.

    Good luck with the quality of product for AVP 786, our baby. What a shame.

    lol! So true. Pierre Louise is the biggest d-bag of all time and can’t be trusted for anything. He lies and throws everyone under the bus.
