    JK and all this share of voice and metrics stuff is so 2000’s primary care. We could easily cut the CM sales force in half. No doctors want to see their Botox rep weekly. Wake up.

    This is all JK knows. The sales force should be cut along with the idiot managers. We need a new VP of sales and leadership team ASAP. The lack of innovation will continue our downturn.

    I am a former employee of Allergan-legacy Neurosciences. I have some comments and suggestions for JK.
    Stock price is in the shitter so consider making changes to your leadership team. They are dead weight.
    The morale with Botox Neuroscience is horrible. I have had 7 of your reps call me asking me if my company is hiring. You are about to see many people leave. Perhaps you should cut the primary care sales frequency call goals...they are specialty reps- show some respect and you will get some back. Mass turnover looks bad on you.
    If you don’t start hiring and promoting minorities, you will be sued. How you haven’t been sued is shocking! Your white good old boys club is nauseating. Your leadership team appears to be discriminating when hiring and they have pushed out too many people of color... why is that?
    I thought you were impressive back in the day but it appears I was wrong. Change is good Jeff.

    One more example of the filth and willingness for leadership to turn the other way. Denver Botox Manager ML-as dishonest, sneaky and scheming as you will find. Shocking our leadership watch a “manager” such as ML continue to cause havoc in our business unit. To date he’s run out or fired more than 20 reps/colleagues based on not conforming to his “personal culture”, also known as racism. ML continues to turn a blind eye to the husband/wife team of PH/KH (BPS and rep) moving patients from competing territories to his wife’s, all for financial gain, despite years of complaints and evidence. Dishonesty is not an action that ML has a problem with. ML is as sneaky and shady as it gets. Join his team if you would like to derail your career and waste your time!

    Let’s bring this thread back to life. I’m glad this place is going to shit and I hope good change comes of it. Already we’ve seen and are seeing old school Neuro people leave. Remember that waste of space Judy W with her crony team. They don’t do anything more than a good Botox rep. Let’s hope Kline is next along with his disciples. Don’t get me started on the amateur hour marketing team. This is the weakest leadership team I’ve worked for and just lucky botox sold itself. Be gone old school Botox team!
