If you are in generics sales I would advise you to cut a deal ASAP before you get named. Once you are named and mylan provides you with a lawyer, you cannot talk to prosecutors and flip on mylan. If I’m next in line and know I made phone calls and texts to competitors I would call the Connecticut AG office tomorrow and cooperate. They already know everyone and what they did.
