Who feels like they were duped into coming here. Not what I was told when interviewed. Bought it hook, line, and sinker!

I bought it too. I know start ups aren’t easy but this is completely different than how it sounded in the interview. I feel like there is WAY too much admin work and hoops we have to jump thru for just one product. Executives are very nice people but expectations are way too high.

No admin, but why don't we have the week of Christmas off?

I would obviously like to have that week off, but since I knew we didn’t coming in, that doesn’t bother me. What’s tough for me is the pressure here. The micro-managing and expectations for a product in a very saturated market. I’ll keep doing the best I can but the stress is not fun at all.....

I guess I don't have the micro management and expectations. I finished last qtr over 100% and will this qtr too. I also think we should have Christmas week off, that week is insane in offices and nobody wants us in there.

time to find a much better managed company. Horrible goal setting and over 200% expected for our Q2? Only 5% of TSM’s made good money. Ask yourself, is the money worth the micro managing? Answer, no way Jose! With all of our experience and background there are great positions just ready for us to fill. A joke period.
Hello on the surgical post-op side ‘Much crowed space’ takes time. Some of the worst Managers I have ever seen.
P.S yes if we are not happy leave...well trust me their are a lot of us interviewing. Not even been a year and people scared they are going to get put on PiP’s? WTF just a matter of time, mass exodus

Amen to that.... Biggest shit show I’ve ever seen! 4 loteprednol formulations on the market and they want that kind of growth?? And if people really are being put on PIPs 6 months after launch, that’s crazy. Not worth the stress at all.

There's only 18 territories over 100% this qtr. I think the goals are crazy.
