It would be interesting to know the last time any AM or MSL was in a case.
And, BL never used the product.

LOL, in cases!!!! When was the last time your RD rode with you? Haven't heard about an AD being in the field for years.

Yesterday the third different attorney representing Pacira appeared in court.
They pulled TM, then went with another guy from Morristown, and now a completely new one, JB. This isn't going away.

Probably an attorney supplied by Pacira's insurance company. That's the way these work once the Insurance company decides they could be in this for a substantial sum.

The attorneys who have tagged in for the defendants are all with the same firm, Jackson Lewis. Agreed, Pacira's insurance company has probably dictated this. As the company gets close to hitting it's deductible, or if it appears that could reasonably happen, the insurance company will direct/manage the defense, either with their inside counsel or a firm of their liking.

Attorneys will get 30% of pre-trial settlement or 40% of judgement if she wins.

This entire place has some questionable ethics anyone find it interesting that DM owns part of Remedy (or his brother does) and we just expanded them out?!

Between that and the constant market manipulation it’s a surprise the SEC hasn’t dinged these yahoos

“Questionable ethics” are the only ethics Pacira has demonstrated in my three years. COO was the mastermind behind the TS coup. Don’t forget he was also the “genius” behind the massively successful DPS collaboration. Had to pause to compose myself after I typed that.

There should be a lawsuit against Pacira per our promotions policy! Promoting friends and family vs. experience and ethical standards. It's unfortunate that the whistle blowers that call foul on the upper management per unethical behavior or report violations of the pharmaceutical/company code receive the guillotine. So tired of amateur hour around here- Going on 4.5 years and can't get a promotion, oh I forgot, I have too much experience, we only promote the inexperienced with no numbers or success! The west AD is such a phony/pretender and the East AD, wait, is there an East AD?!!!

YES, the ENTIRE place has not just 'questionable' ethics, it is rife with unethical behavior: from head of Legal, to head of HR, to COO, CSO, etc.. From inappropriate relationships (at the highest levels) to inappropriate promotions, to racism/sexism/ageism in hiring and promotions.
Look at who's left over the past 2 years: the ethical and reasonable people who either tried to bring up the problems and got ushered out, and those who knew better than to try and just left on their own.

Yes, the ENTIRE place is rife with not just "questionable ethics" but clearly unethical behaviors. From the head of Legal, to the head of HR, to COO, to CSO etc.... from inappropriate personal relationships, to dishonesty, to scape goating, to racism/sexism/ageism in hiring and promotions. Just take a look at who has left in the last 2 years: leaders who either tried to make things right and were ushered out, or those who knew better than to even try and just left on their own. I truly hope something comes of this lawsuit, it's about time.

So shady, this is the COO. How is this not ethically disqualifying?

DM is the CCO, not COO. Actually, his ascension to this position is an amazing sequence of manipulations, back-stabbings, and betrayals. He was not alone, PM and GR were complicit with DM’s coup. Both of these co-conspirators rose to positions above their abilities and experience. Those that were loyal, supportive, and defended him were abandoned.

Respect and trust are so hard to earned yet so easily lost.

Someone send a note to the SEC or post this thread on LinkedIn. I’m sure some of our docs would love that.

It doesn’t matter DM is at the top DS is stepping away and we’re getting bought out by J&J. Unless you’re part of the DM nightmare crew you need to be looking for a new job.

The first real step towards DPS acquisition was the distribution agreement. Totally agree in DPS’ favor. Those reps were paid and did nothing. Step two is Max, he’s a smart guy. It won’t take long for him to see the ineptitude at all levels. In fact, the whole DPS franchise is filled with staff who are smarter than Pacira’s current leadership.
The acquisition will happen and when their team assesses who stays and who goes it’s going to be a wholesale purge. The “DM nightmare crew” won’t be safe.
The RDs are the most at risk. When your are promoted the first thing you lose are regular contact and interactions with your customers.

From the calls received from recruiters there is already a ton of Pacira paper on the street.

Heard the DM in the south is a tool no knowledge of what to do in an OR even if he could get into one...got a call about the role to replace some current rep that isn't working...

Worked a show and BL showed up, checked his emails, showed pics of his girlfriend, then left. That’s our primary Ortho KOL!
