East Region-Ilumya: You are Screwed with Pete

You all in the East with Ilumya get the tyrant Pete S now. Good riddance! Does he say how well liked he is because he wasn’t. People needed their jobs and if you spoke up he would make your life miserable. He is a nightmare. He will F with you night and day. Little man syndrome. What an arrogant ass. He wants “his people” in your slots so cover your ass and document everything. HE IS A BULLY!!

 

Another win for the East. Could it get any worse? A tyrant with zero biologics experience who manages through intimidation. Get the lawyers ready Sun on this one.

 

Is anyone happy here? East, West?? This may be the last straw for a few. It’s a shame.

 

PS is a great manager. The illumya team is lucky to have him, The lazy bum that wasn’t working isn’t the person to listen to on here. We are honestly sad to lose him from our Specialty Derm team. He’s smart and great with customers. I would be excited to have him and not discouraged.

 

Pete is a the band aid answer for a bullet wound the size of Kansas. Pete isn't fixing anything unless he has a magic wand and some pixie dust that we aren't aware of.

 

You were one of his favorites in more ways than selling. We all know who you are.

 

That was made clear after dark in Orlando. Gives me the creeps. Slimy dude. Guess she got what she wanted?

 

This guy "Pete" must not be too smart. He just boarded the titanic, passing many who were jumping ship along the way.

 

His ego is huge. He thinks he is going to be the knight in shining armor to save us all. We all cringe when he talks because it’s “Im so wonderful and there is no such thing as second place” speech. Dude needs to learn the definition of what it means to be humble. I know a lot of reps and managers that do well and are humble and that garners respect but not how Pete does it. Trying to intimidate people will backfire. If you think your former team is so great you should have stayed.

 

This guy is such a tool. No, he was not well liked by his former team you kiss ass and no one was sad for him to go. Relieved to not wake up physically sick from dealing with this egomaniac and his late night texts and emails if we didn’t meet “his” number is more like it. He is on another planet. He is vicious if he doesn’t think you are worth being on his team and makes your life hell. Where was HR with all the reports on Pete? Nowhere! The harassment was epic. Pal this isn’t military so lay off the crap. You’ve got a few new members of your “platoon” I know personally that have employment lawyers on speed dial so find a new approach or watch out for the process server.

 

If this guy Pete was supposedly so beloved over on other franchise and did so great why leave to come over to this mess? Let’s be transparent shall we?? It’s because Pete was about to be wrapped up in a legal mess of his own doing. Put him right up there with AG. He should be outta here if this company ever did right thing. He is going to have a rude awakening with all the lawyer ties on the East on Iluyma team. Watch the hands on approach ladies.

 

It’s buy and bill sales, you obviously were in way over your head and PS couldn’t save you. In fact, he probably wanted to get rid of you. Is he perfect? No. But he’s great at sales and is now earning a higher salary than you probably ever will.

Can he really help the Ilumya team? That’s a huge question mark.

 

Here’s the funny thing:
While I don’t have an opinion in PS, the fact that people are either afraid of or trashing him is exactly what AG wants to see. AG believes we are all ‘soft’ and he wants to instill fear in reps.
Management style of the 80’s at best.

 

Definitely old school bully management style. I don’t think people are afraid of him just they were stuck because HR wouldn’t do anything. Believe me if AG wants to see soft there are a few in the East especially women who won’t take any shit and are underestimated in their capacity to speak up and have the resources to not be forced to silence.

 

If that’s true, how come we’ve not heard them ?

 

I think poster is referring to the people or women on the Tildra East team, not his former brainwashed team. I’ve known this guy since he joined Sun and behind the scenes he isn’t a nice guy no matter the results. I think give it time and true colors will be revealed. I am supportive of promoting from within but I don’t support this move because I know what these TMs have in store. This is a results driven business but take a stand Sun and not let it be at the expense of your employees.

 

Just had a lunch and dr asks me if we got a new manager and I said not a rsm but an ASD. He asked who it was and dr and staff in break room all rolled eyes and let out a collective disgust. They said PS is a grade A a-hole and couldn’t stand him because he was so patronizing and rude. Dr says he got into his personal space so much with his bad breath and hair that he would write a few just to get him out of his face. PS is known as “pushy pete” to my docs.
