Do you want to rehire and retrain an entire sales force? It’s a real possibility if you don’t fix the comp plan. I have never been so insulted by such a low commission check and I am well within the top half. I have spoke to many reps and NO ONE is happy. This is a very real problem. Fix it.
After seeing B.N's email today, it appears that we are out of cash. Due to the fact that the company is low on cash, comp plan probably was designed to not pay out. The fact that Akorn can't get more credit or refinance their debt and we now have to use our personal credit card to pay for our business expenses, is not a good sign. What guarantees do we have that we will be reimbursed for business expenses in time to pay for our personal Visas. For people that travel a lot for the company, they will be out thousands of dollars out of their own pocket until they are paid back by Akorn. If Akorn is late paying us, and our Visa is due, can we bill Akorn for the late fee?
