Proud to Be Part!

After this weeks meeting, I have to say contract or not, I feel proud to be part of this organization. I left big Pharma to come here and be part of something great!

I tried the same thing twice and after 6 months let’s see if you still feel the same? My guess is that 75-80% will be wishing to go back to big pharma.

 

Agreed and more like 90%. Shit show.

Just over 2 Weeks out and I stand by my original post! Great Reception in the local market. I have to say I’m excited! I can’t control what happens in 6 months or 1 year but I can control my part in the success of this company.

 

Ok. Get a life and start looking elsewhere. Our company is a joke like our product.

 

Contrary to the last post, I believe in the product! No one can argue the point that it fills a need. Plavix was basically revamped Ticlid and turned into a 10 Billion dollar drug. Looks at all the metabolite or isomer products. Several are Billion dollar products. You believe whatever you want. I could be completely wrong but I’m a believer!

 

Ok senior management DB, relax with your dumb posts. We launched a below average product in the middle of the summer and dominated by generics. We all knew the outcome prior to launch. Hopefully you can pay us for at least another few months. Total bust.

Maybe u can start by not losing credibility with docs right off the bat saying you have coverage with Medicaid: which you don’t !!
Do some research

 

This shit show is getting worse by the day. Time to start looking.

 

Except we do with 2failures, easy enough to get with this class. The reception for this drug had been phenomenal. The docs get it and know it's a game changer. Cost isn't much different than any of the branded products. I'm looking forward to a nice bonus check!!!!

 

Getting scripts with 2 failures is easy? Reception may be great but then they can’t get it filled at the pharmacy assuming a HCP starts to write. Let’s revisit this comment on how easy it is whenever data starts to be released.

I am VERY proud to be part of Ironshore and the launch of Jornay. It is truly unique and life changing drug for patients and families. If Ironshore can give us the time needed to launch a unique drug in todays market it will be a blockbuster product - it's just not going to happen overnight. The feedback my physicians are getting back is simply chilling. Providers are eager to learn more about this product, they actually want to come to dinner programs and hear speakers. They are interactive in details and asking great questions. Hopefully all the dead weight reps who took the position just for a job or who lack actual selling skills or work ethic will weed out and be replaced by quality reps. And yes, truthfully many territories are to small and we have to many reps in some areas, so those territories can be merged rather than filled. Reps with 3 keep less scripts arealready on plans and know if they dont start working they are on their way out. Hopefully we can have the deadweight weeded out soon
