Chicago is such a big market, yet we have the worst RD to manage. RD doesn’t have anymore experience than I did as a rep, doesn’t even know how to manage, is afraid, and takes my ideas/suggestions and think they are marvelous bc she couldn’t come up with them on her own and then uses them as her own. RD should never have been put in the position and it infuriates me how stupid these RDs are and think we are.

You and other previous posters clearly have no idea what some of us have dealt with from our RD. Hell i wish my RD was brand new or trying to save my soul. You never hear one word from my team though because Nothing will be done. Save your breath however bad you think you have it someone else has it worse

I think you have to be a worthless dunder head to get those positions. I’ve never met a charismatic leader in a manager position at Supernus, and I’ve been here from the beginning. Except VV, of course, and we see what happened to morale when he left. Hey managers, numbers low? Maybe you should look in the mirror. It’s possible your team rolls their eyes every time you open your mouth

It's not your RD that is out of control, shit runs down hill. Rockville is completely out of control.
We are 6 1/2 years in with no new data AND they are acting as if they just gave us a some landmark new data. No matter how hard you want to keep us in launch mode sooner or later it naturally runs it's course.

GIVE US SOMETHING NEW and stop antagonizing our RDs to make our lives miserable.

What’s so bad about the managers?

Toxic/hostile work environments in some regions, pushing weight loss in others, then there’s RDs that have given offices gift cards (but I think that one was eventually let go), others that drove drunk and instead of being fired just got demoted to cushy territories. Someone made a joke about it somewhere but I’ve heard reps say they’re uncomfortable with their RDs in the car for very good reasons. And then there’s just the run of the mill soul suckers that are more interested in ruling your life than getting scripts. Why else would they actively do things that burn sites. And no, nothing is ever done about it. If you’re asking, you have a good one...I guess?? Or maybe haven’t been around long enough to hear the gossip, which is what happens when we are forced to room with strangers. We talk

I know not everyone can do this, but when I stopped letting my rd get to me, y numbers went up. I can’t stand the ride alongs but they aren’t that often and I just suck it up until I can get back to doing my job. I like Supernus. Just feel like we’re in a slump and things will get better. Just my thoughts

Our team talks and we all are fake to our manager just so he will shut up. Fake it till you make it.

Supernus pays a six figure salary and stock options to their managers. Managers don’t do anything. Literally NOTHING. Well, they do ruin relationships at offices and push reps away but that’s about all they do.

Imagine thinking your team respects you, only to find out they’ve been patronizing you all along :D

Why aren't we given the opportunity to participate in an anonymous survey pertaining to our RD's. We were given the opportunity last year. I wondered what changed?

I still would like to know what really happened with our lists!!! Why the sudden change ? No one ever explained

How dare you ask for an explanation!!! What do you think this is, a publicly traded company??

I don’t understand this business model at all. It’s inefficient, fiscally wasteful and it rewards a slacker’s behavior handsomely.

This place is a dumpster fire. 812 is complete trash. 810 is marginally better. If you’re not applying for other jobs you are in the minority

You sound optimistic about 810. Do you really believe 810 makes it to market?

I just want job security. I don’t care what it is. Txr and Oxr have obviously hit their walls and I’m probably not alone in being afraid they’ll start laying us off since the other drugs aren’t close to market. I’m praying that we partner with a nother company to sell something, or buy a drug/company that can be sold now. I just want a JOB

I think we need to stay positive. I know it’s hard with RDs making our lives miserable. The company has a great record and we are in a good financial position. Don’t forget that both products will continue to make the company money ( even though it seems as if we are not) keep at it and block the noise out. No layoffs in the near future.

Senior Leadership can you please confirm this. You know you didn’t hire bad reps. We want something we can sell for you. Please confirm there’s something here to hold out for
