Beware of Dipshit Dan. He is a Latuda wonder boy that only got the position because of CG (yet another shitastic Sunovion leader that was canned.....#me too). Best pharmaceutical experience ever right CG?

Any way, Dipshit Dan is feeling the pressure because Neurology Nation didn’t make goal last year. He needs to make goal this year or else Tamara-San is going to harakiri him and all his cronies.

Long story short....steer clear of this shit storm of a company for the time being. I am riding it out and hoping for REAL leadership.

Is the Lil Mama Smurfette in Dallas still reigning her terror on the Aptiom division? Most insecure, incompetent, controlling narcissist ever!

Indeed true about upper leadership here being very light in regards to competency. Incompentency is contagious here. Gish passed the incompetent stick down quite well.

Dumbo Dan has lowered the bar. Glad I got out while the getting was still good. Can you say crash and burn?

most managers are repackaged big Pharma clones that offer little aside from admin support. glad I flew outta here but still feel bad for friends that remain.

Seriously, they offer no support what so ever. They delegate all work to reps, as training what a joke, they like to start ride along at 9 and fishing by 2, killing productivity of reps and then have worthless meeting to show they or self worth. That’s smart. Take reps out of field for week and then com-lain about roe productivity.

Most managers were hired as part of a fire house sale by weak directors who themselves were clueless. Managers at this company hold no market value to any other companies and are buying their time until retirement.

I'm in the process of applying for an open position for Neurology Therapeutic Specialist. Are the metrics more Manager driven or is it company wide? Does this position call on Neurologists only? Hospitals? What salary shall I ask for? Serious replies only please. Thanks in advance!

Why is neurology management team so weak?

They are paid not to think and only to pull through the marching orders from the command station.

Yup they get their ideas from sales directors and reps and contribute zero to the bottom line. Zero return on the big salaries that are paid out to them. Company would not miss a beat without them. Would actually save lots of money that is wasted on their salaries.

What a joke. No managers just people that steal other people’s ideas as claim as their own

The major problem is this. You have dead weight in management who are hanging on for dear life. When managers are trying to save their asses, they will do anything and everything they are told. Most are over their heads, desperate and back stroking.
