This is spot on! And this goes on at EVERY company!! Living in WA State, it got really bad here too. Virtually no access in Seattle at all.

 

That’s where you choose to live. If you don’t like being asked to do your job in that market, then move. You dipshits living in these tough access markets seen to think NNI should continue to pay you to NOT see customers. It doesn’t work that way - either find a way, move, or lose your job. Regardless, we’re all tired of hearing your sob story about how hard it is while the rest of us actually have real interactions on a daily basis as opposed to office drive bys and a 11-2 work schedule.

 

Enjoy your easy access territory while you can. I guarantee you will sing a different tune when offices close their doors to reps AND put some muscle behind it. Don’t be surprised if an office manager takes your business card and calls the home office to report your actions. If you know the doctors that well and can see them off campus, more power to you. That won’t be the case for everyone.

 

Find a way...let's see... I can see them at their residence at night... I can trap them on their way to the men's room or in the parking lot...I am sure you have absolutely no suggestions for me... But thanks for your wisdom ...

 

You are either a DM or a BS rep!! Nobody sees 8 doctors a day on a regular basis, not even on average. So just chill out!!
