Tons of veteran reps have either been fired or have left. CrossLink has a revolving door for sales reps.

But we have that huge bag of deadwood to sell too! Me too TENS, Me too Biologics, Tenex, MyEye, all non-reimbursed garbage. Cartiva is the only good product, and we don't get great commission on it. If we picked up anything else on the side it would pay 20-30%, not 10-15%.

Stryker corporate better wake up and buy CrossLink out or soon they'll see their SEC market share dwindle to nothing. If ZB gets their shit together, CrossLink will lose. It's time CrossLink starts treating all of their front line/ground level employees better, not just the upper management.

 

The only peeps ZB got from CrossLink were a few cast offs and 3 scumbags that were on the way out anyway...
