Everyone IS brutally honest on their exit interview especially when it comes to the emperor. The survey, the exit interviews no matter how bad they are, nothing happens!!! What does that tell you?

They keep cleaning house with the RSS’s but NOT management. Again what does that tell you?

With OPKO it’s ALWAYS the RSS’ fault. No matter what the RSS will always be blamed and then replaced and the cycle continues. Management doesn’t care, they will ALWAYS protect THEIR jobs.

HR allows this to happen. They are all in cahoots with each other. RSS’s have zero chance. Our only option is to keep interviewing and one day we will make it out of here. Some legacy reps have been trying for over a year and then bam, you land a job. Don’t give up.

second, they won't listen.
third, it only puts you in a bad spot, if you ever need to come back.

If what you are pumping is true, why would you ever need to come back? Honest feedback delivered in a professional manner is the way to go. Bad mouthing coworkers or your boss will fall on deaf ears anywhere!!!! Grow up already!
