VP of Sales LRP/CERAVE - promotes backlick women with no experience

Disgusting...promotion of a women who NEVER was a presidents club winner for an RD position with NO experience, but overlooked reps with more experience and awards...

JOAN tramell is DISGUSTING and needs to be FIRED! She doesn't do shit anyway! She is a horrible VP and everyone knows!

 

I don't agree with using someone's name on this site. However, the organization plays favorites. And when I say the organization, I mean certain individuals. Rules are put in place all the time and then constantly broken. Defeats the purpose of having rules. It all comes down to who you know anyway.

 

Work a few days in the field, a few days as a meeting planner, and zero management experience. Get promoted to RD. It's rather comical.

 

We need diversity, this is not a good old boys company any longer and being a meeting planner has many transferable skill sets that ere essential to leading a team, get over it and move on!
