what is the deal with all of the regional business manager job postings on LinkedIn? They are all across the country in territories that the manager is still there? Gearing up for an expansion perhaps???

contingent on getting the indication I am presuming? Putting an awful lot of money and resources into a medication that the current sales force can’t even grow.

Was told this RBM pay is approx. 140k base with bonus should be at 170-175k for the year. Is this accurate or is recruiter full of it. Thanks for any honest responses

Serious question? How are the managers? Do you have a lot of field rides? Metric accountability?

Nobody said it was a problem. Just curious about the culture, they all vary.

All are different. Mine is great... can't complain. However, it's all about performance here. Pressure comes from the top if someone isn't performing.

Truth right here. You are generally left alone if your numbers are good. If not, then they do out pressure on you.
