    Haven’t you guys heard the news? Coaching Plans are a tool to help set you up for success. Territory not hitting these (ridiculous) goals? The coaching plan will help uncover opportunities you never knew existed. You will reap the benefits and shoot straight to the top of the ranking overnight. This is about you and your development.

    Or maybe it’s just documentation so the RD and DM can move you out.

    Coaching plans, business plans, IGOs, action plans, insights and actions, Plenvu weekly updates, Xifaxan decliner plans, Viberzi gainer action plans, PTO tool use report, sample utilization report, speaker program ROI tracker, budget tracker, in service activity tracker, call plan adherence report, weekly call activity.

    Did I miss anything?

    Pretty good but you missed a few.

    Year over year, four week and 13 week growth reports, weekly IC calculator email, weekly TRx gap update, weekly ranking update by brand, weekly IGO growth or decline, individual development plan update, monthly pod meeting business update. The list goes on depending on your region.

    Eat a dick Mr. Manager. We make more money getting in front of customers than we do filling in spread sheets for you to send to your masters. Do your own homework and get out of the way. In case you haven’t noticed, you don’t add value and neither do the RDs.

    Most pharma companies pay six figure comp. Very few of any push the amount of micromanaging busy work we get here.

    Shut up DM puppet. We make our money and YOUR money by getting in front of customers. We don’t make money filling out broken spreadsheets that you can show to your worthless RD to prove you bring value. Truth is you bring no value at all and you are not needed.

    A lot of companies pay as much if not more than Salix. Without the micro BS and constant threats. In case you haven’t noticed, we have some of the highest turnover in the industry. There is a reason for that.
